Toronto Boot Camp
I believe I’ve made a discovery that will help my Toronto Boot Camp clients burn off more fat…especially from the belly.
You see…as a fitness trainer, whenever people talk to me and ask me for advice, 90% of the time they always ask me one question, “How do I burn off my tummy, lovehandles, spare tire etc…” whatever they want to call it, they all want a flatter belly.
Now since I love to experiment with different workouts and different nutrition techniques I tend to use my own clients as guinea pigs.
Sometimes I’m able to get them rapid results (faster than normal) and others times we do things that just don’t work at all (but seemed really good in theory).
My clients are actually really really good sports about it.
Recently I shifted my focus on finding new and faster ways to drop more fat off the mid section and to find a better way to get my Toronto boot camp clients a flatter, more toned midsection.
And I *think* I discovered the perfect flat belly formula. Now I say “I think” because I’ve only been able to test this new formula on my clients and not every day people…you know…they type of people that have never worked out for awhile if ever.

But I need to test it out with people who have never been through my training programs, and that’s why I’m writing to you… I’m thinking of doing a “beta test group” where I would work with a group of people who want to burn belly fat, get definition and flatten your abs and I plan on tracking everything so I can quantify REAL results from people who I have never worked with before.
I’m still working on the outline for the program so I don’t know how many people I want to take into this beta group.

One of the additional things you can find is that getting free weights as well as a weight bench will be another good choice.
